The unchanged v5 engine remains the hourly-pricing foundation. Everyday and Advanced share one live estimate and the same saved inputs.
The foundation
Recent bookings receive the strongest model weight. Targets are reconstructed final booking allocations, not universally verified cleaner clock logs or full-scope completion guarantees.
The September 24-25 pending-charge records are valid quote examples. Uncharged does not mean interrupted work.

Price and time
$60 per total labor hour. The absolute minimum is 3 hours / $180. Half-hour totals are allowed. The final quote rounds once, after the workload is calculated.
Two cleaners for 3 hours 30 minutes each means 7 labor hours, or $420. Unequal shifts preserve the exact purchased total.
No blanket move-in fee, no invisible cap deleting extras, and no old four-hour minimum.
Different work, different route
Ordinary homes: fitted area, rooms, condition and confirmed tasks.
Confirmed light upkeep: maintained branch only with current condition and cleaning history to support it.
Construction, Airbnb, commercial, rotating visits and estates: an explicit activity plan or verified same-property reference. No universal square-foot speed.
Budget-only: preserve the full recommendation and separately show what the customer buys.
Estimate now, confirm before booking
An agent can revise the workload recommendation with a recorded reason. A customer budget is a different field.
Missing size, rooms or condition can use clearly labeled provisional assumptions. They are not saved as customer facts. Safety, scope-plan and booking checks remain separate. Advanced is available whenever a detailed plan is needed.
Safe methods, availability, property coverage and actual access still need confirmation.
Private booking comparisons
Import private-reference/booking-evidence-v5.json from the project ZIP. The 1,026 numeric comparables and 42 reviewed cases stay in memory in this browser tab. They are not uploaded or bundled into the public site.
No private evidence loaded.
Integrations, when you are ready
The shared calculation service, versioned JSON snapshots and handoff envelope are ready for a future server adapter. Slack and Launch27 connections are disabled.
No keys are required. No booking is created and no message is posted. Future writes need server-side authentication, independent recalculation, approval and idempotency.
This static build has no sign-in. Protect the deployed site before using it with real customers. Do not publish the private-reference or tests folders.
